WHAT IS A TYPICAL SESSION WITH ME LIKE?
Let's focus on the here and now.
Each session is different depending on your needs. Sometimes we will talk about an experience to get a different perspective, other times we might need to create a goal to move forward to, and sometimes we need to get out of fight/flight/freeze/fawn before we can move on to anything at all.​
It's directed by you, guided by me holding a safe and compassionate space with an open heart to recieve you.
You are the expert on you, I just guide and help remind you of that.
